ReplyDeleteI am a resident inn Fort Worth, Texas. I have been a very good resident for over 5 years. Never paid late. I am a guaranteed almost $1700.00 per month for you. My problem is that last night my car was towed. It is registered AND I have a sticker. I work very late hours and 90% of the time I am forced to park OUTSIDE the community gates because the VISITORS take up resident parking. Last night i was lucky enough to find a visitor spot to park my registered vehicle in. I woke up this morning to find my car missing. It cost me $320.00 to get my car out of towing. Let me remind you that it is registered, has a sticker and I pay $1700.00 a month to live here. Holly Wilson is the apartment manager. I have spoke to at least 20 residents today and all of them agree, she is the most curt, unresponsive and incredibly unkind manager you have had manage this property.
I think you should know that WE CHOOSE TO GIVE YOU OUR MONEY. We should not be treated with such disrespect. I have photographs of bird feces all over the walls at my door. Bird feces all over the trash can that she attempted to fine me for not having it INSIDE my dwelling. I have emails to and from her that I will be happy to share with you.
I have contacted Fox News and WFAA News regarding the towing practices that are enforced here at Centreport Lake Apartments. Management will not communicate with anyone regarding this. My neighbor had their car towed simply because the tires were on the white lines.
